Wonderful

Before the New Year, I ventured into the world of Eating raw. Let me tell you all, that it is a WONDERFUL experience. My Raw Lifestyle has given me the opportunity to understand why I eat what I eat. Before going raw on December 26,2008 , I made a decision to stop eating meat again. I believe it was destiny for me to them research raw foods, and the raw vegan lifestyle.

A sample of my Live food: Celery, Cucumbers, Red peppers, Lemon Juice ,and sea salt.

I LOVE IT. lol

Eating Raw has allowed me to lose a total of 8 pounds within 2 weeks, without exercise. I am going to incorporate an exercise routine shortly. Going raw has allowed me to let my body tell me what I need, these pass 2 days I have been juice feasting. Drinking up to a gallon in fresh fruit juices and vegetable juice, and I feel great. My skin is also clearing up. (I still suffer from acne and I'm 22). On one occasion I ate cooked/processed food and my body acted as if I had a stomach virus, signs for me to stick to my Raw Vegan Lifestyle.

Knowing what I am putting into my body and taking time to make healthy efficient meals makes me happy, because I know what I am doing now will help me for the rest of my life.

Food Problems

I admit it I have a food problem. Its either I don't eat enough or I eat too much. My balance is way off.

Yesterday I ate cooked food, and let me say it wasn't a pleasant experience. I felt horrible, and it made me realize I have problems with food. My body acted as if I had a stomach virus, and the bathroom was my best friend that night. I finally realized why I always felt bad after I ate, my body treats processed foods as an invasion on my system. smh. After that episode I am not as tempted to eat what I cook for my family.

On the other hand, I dont feel like eating today. I actually forced myself to eat a salad, so tomorrow I wouldnt wake up with stomach pains.

I am planning on just juicing fruits and doing that for a while, maybe I will get better.
