Juice to Reboot

so today is the day I go shopping for my fruits and veggies. I start my 60 day fast tomorrow. I also need a good container to keep my juice in.Juicing and working should be eaiser than juicing and staying home. I'm going to be so busy with those lil seeds that I won't have time to think I'm hungry.(I'm an infant teacher)

I don't have to cook for my family, so that's one temptation out the door. The only time ill probably have to cook will be on weekends for my bf. I tried to get him to do at least 10 days, but he doesn't want to. Oh well, I guess ill lead by example. My birthday is in 53 days, only 7 days away from my goal of 60 consecutive days. I should see some really good progress by that day.
I will also be working out 4 days a week while I fast, well hopefully.

SO my starting weight is approximately 285 lbs.
I'm going to try and blog everyday. Till later.
