Workkkkkkkkk out!

Today I went to the recreation center and workout out for 2 hours, and I felt great. I did the Treadmill, Elliptical, and stationary bike. That's all for today. Ooh yeah I'm also back on my raw foods, not 100% though, I'm at 90%. I took about 2 weeks off and ate regular, I stopped because I wasn't losing any weight, I know it was because i wasn't getting enough calories. However, even with eating cooked foods I maintained my 6-7 lb weight loss, so that is good.
